Reservation / Cancellation Policy
​
An advance payment of 50% of your stay is taken upon reservation for a multiple-night stay; for a one-night stay, the full amount is due at time of booking.
If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least fourteen (14) days prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation for a refund of your deposit, less a $50 processing fee. In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than fourteen (14) days notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. However, we will refund the deposit if we can completely re-book your room(s), less the $50 per room processing fee.
Rates/policies are subject to change and may vary during high impact periods and special events.

Check-in time: 3:00-6:00 p.m. Please call if you will be arriving after 6:00 p.m. to make arrangements.
Check-out time: 11:00 a.m.

Pets
​
While we love animals, we are not able to accommodate them here at the inn.

Non-Smoking Policy
​
For the comfort of all of our guests, we provide a smoke-free environment. Smoking in guestrooms and within the building is strictly prohibited. Any violations of this policy will be subject to a $250 fee.

Information Collection

Our main purpose in collecting your information is to provide you with a simple to use reservation system. We only collect information about you and your guests that we consider necessary for achieving this. Personally identifiable information is only obtained when making a reservation.
We sometimes use data collection devices such as "cookies" on certain pages of the Site to measure effectiveness and safety. A "cookie" is a small file that gets placed on your harddrive that helps us provide our services. You are free to decline cookies if you choose too.
